My team and I are more than ready to witness realism unfold in real time, to watch the hardest decisions be made by the strongest wills, and to observe both the extent and measures delegates are prepared to take in pursuit of a peaceful world, or a world that knows no peace. Dread it, run from it; destiny arrives all the same, and now it’s here, or should I say you are here. The fate of the world has already been long written, the same fate that is resting on the tip of your tongue. The only thing left to do is to speak, and the future will come knocking on today’s door, taking the form of the words you utter today. Within this committee, the question will be answered. Is the inevitable cruel or kind? Truth be told, it is neither, for it is both cruel to some and kind to others.
