Welcome to Houssam Eddine Hariri High School, and thank you for considering our school for fostering your child’s academic and social development. With great pride, we assure you that our faculty, directors, and the HHHS community as a whole are partners in helping the young learners experience excellence in their learning.
The mission of Houssam Eddine Hariri High School reflects our actions and shapes our expectations. As academic excellence across curricula resides at the center of school life, the integrated role of arts, sciences, humanities, language learning, life skills, athletics and religion exists within a tight orbit. Our teaching and learning practices focus on helping young learners make connections within themes, units of inquiry and across disciplines. We are proud to declare that we were the first school in Lebanon to teach the PYP program and continue to do so during the Primary years. Besides, the Preschool, the Elementary School and the Middle School at HHHS are certified by the French Ministry of Education and is an AEFE’s partner. Moreover, HHHS is the first school in the region to receive the authorization for teaching the IBDP program in High School.
As we strive to continually develop the curricula and design rigorous assessments, we are committed to a program of studies that challenges our students to succeed in the national official exams and in international tests alike. Since our learners are well-trained to adapt to global changes, they become well-rounded people capable of contributing to and eventually creating a better and more peaceful world. Since excelling in the twenty-first century requires independent thinking, curiosity, creativity, and responsibility, the HHHS community continues to exert extensive efforts to develop our learners’ skills which would help them excel in their fields of expertise, acquire leadership traits, and become decision makers and honorable members in their community.
