Finally Back!

7 Dec 2020

"Expect the unexpected" the saying that has proved itself true this past year. Nine months ago, who would have assumed that our school would become nothing but a void and haunted building without its lively students? It has been too long since we heard our little learners' laughs, vibrant sounds, and even their cries. Instead of watching our students grow in front of our eyes, they have been glued to their devices while attending their online classes. Yet, who expected that we would be enjoying their precious presence once again so soon? Although the process of online teaching has been a bit rusty, our remarkable learners, armed with the IB profiles, were able to adapt to this new technical world. They expressed their thoughts and inquiries cleverly through the screens. They also learned how to communicate with their peers and teachers using their devices, despite being so young. One may even say that they became little ICT professionals!

However, now it is time to go back to our normal. Following the guidance of official health and educational authorization, we are ready to welcome those little heads again in our classes. All safety precautions will be certainly taken to ensure the health and wellbeing of our students and staff.
With baby steps, we will overcome all hardships together. We will do whatever it takes to guarantee the physical and mental wellbeing of our students while establishing a smooth and successful learning environment.
